Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing PandaPower for your customized trip to China. By submitting your booking and paying the deposit, you agree to the following terms:
Deposit ($50 USD to Reserve Your Tour)
A deposit of $50 USD is required to secure your custom tour inquiry. This deposit guarantees priority service, itinerary planning, and availability reservation.
The deposit is non-refundable but will be fully credited toward your final payment.
Final Payment (Due Upon Arrival)
The remaining balance is paid after your arrival in China, once our local team meets you in person.
This ensures transparency and peace of mind — no full payment is required upfront.
If your itinerary includes flight tickets or other prepaid items, additional costs may be requested in advance. All such charges will be clearly communicated beforehand.
Cancellations & Refunds
The $50 deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a future trip within 12 months.
If you cancel less than 7 days before your planned arrival, we may charge a portion of prepaid service costs (e.g. hotels, tickets) depending on supplier policies.
Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, Chinese visas, and any required documentation for entry into China.
Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical needs, trip delays, and cancellations.
Service Scope
PandaPower acts as your inbound travel organizer. We provide planning, reservations, and local support, but are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party providers such as airlines, hotels, etc.
